It's official....the paperchase is complete! We've been checked, fingerprinted, interviewed, seminared, documented, pricked, prodded and inspected.......(and, we found the whole homestudy process to be quite enjoyable, thanks to a wonderful caseworker and agency!)
...it feels good to have everything checked off of my list!

It's official....WE ARE PAPER PREGNANT!The next step in our adoption journey...will be the call!
We are praising to Lord, and so eager to see who He brings our way!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations! We started our adoption journey last February, finished the homestudy at the end of April, a match on May 14th, and a newborn August 22. It's been a whirlwind! Congratulations on the homestudy being completed, it was by far the most frustrating part for my family. And now becuase of a paperwork snafu, the finalization will be delayed until September of this year. But at least she's with us, and that makes the waiting much more fun! Yay! Good luck!
